What are we about?

It’s rare to find a team that has the perfect combination of “work hard, play hard,” but Kicksaw has it figured out. If you’re a motivated learner looking to find a team of fellow “yeah, but what’s the smarter way to do this?” enthusiasts, this could be the perfect fit.

Another word you’ll hear around here (especially if you spend some quality time chatting with co-founder Kyle Morris) is Kaizen. This term is hard to capture in only a sentence or two, but it essentially boils down to continual process improvement through ongoing efforts from every team member. It’s cooperation, it’s innovation, it’s listening and learning all the time, and it’s all hands on deck. Actual Work-Life Balance

Forget long hours, working weekends, and burnout. Kicksaw gives employees unlimited PTO, because we’re serious when we say that work-life balance is a high priority around here. Each team member must take four weeks of PTO every year at a minimum. No, that’s not a typo. And that doesn’t even include the 18+ company holidays, four-day weekends galore (we seize every opportunity), and 24 paid volunteer hours. We even created a “Kicksaw Appreciates You Day” for April because of April’s lack of other consistent holidays. No one does time off like Kicksaw.

100% Remote Culture

Kicksaw is a completely remote team, which means we get to work with the best brains the United States and Canada (and their ex-pats) have to offer! Each team member receives a $1K/year workstation stipend to ensure that you have everything you need to do your best work from home (or that adorable café downtown, or wherever)!

The Kicksaw Gives Back program allows our team to contribute their talents, elbow grease, and passion to their local communities. We care about what you care about, and we’ll match your charitable donations up to $100 annually.

All Kicksaw employees get 24 hours of volunteer PTO every year. To date, we’ve donated over $11K, contributed 150+ volunteer hours, and helped over 50 different organizations.
